2025

The Kent Women's Convention is heading back to East Kent. There are limit tickets for this venue, so book early to avoid disappointment
Main Speaker: Karen Soole

Time flies, nothing stays the same, and then we die. Although the writer of Ecclesiastes is often thought to have a depressing outlook on the world, if we listen carefully, the teacher's wisdom liberates us to live fully in the here and now, secure for eternity.

Seminar Options (choose two)
This year we are giving you the option to choose two seminars. Please note that Karen Soole's seminar will only be available for the first seminar session

Gateway to Joy
Laura Tanton
In this life, it’s easy to let suffering overwhelm us and to seek joy in all the wrong places. In this session, we’ll explore the life and teaching of Elisabeth Elliot, discovering that suffering is never for nothing and that with Jesus, there truly is a gateway to joy.
Church Expectations Karen Soole
We rightly long for churches which help us love the Lord and provide supportive fellowship. We have great expectations of what the Church should be, but we can experience frustration with what it is. Our church families can experience wonderful community and fellowship, but also complicated conflicts. How can we deal with the complexities of church life in all its seasons? Is there ever a right time to leave our church family?
Everyone Belongs Triona Brading
Join us as we explore what autism is, how we can view it through a biblical lens, and how every member of the church family can play a role in creating a more inclusive, caring community. Whether you're a parent, leader, or church member, this seminar offers practical insights to help us love one another better
Emotions: Friend or Foe?
Rebecca Stone
Our emotions are integral to who we are and part of us being made in God’s image. They can be a wonderful blessing, but also a place where we most see our brokenness and sinful hearts. How can we understand them better and be open to God’s sanctifying work, shaping our emotions to be more like Christ’s?
