In two talks from Matthew’s Gospel Lizzy will help equip and encourage us to share the gospel as we listen to Jesus preparing His disciples. This year, you also have the choice of two seminars from five different options.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A day of Bible teaching, worship, and fellowship to strengthen and equip woman from across Kent.

St Nicholas Church, Sevenoaks

This year we are delighted to be meeting at St Nicholas Church, Sevenoaks. The venue is easily accessible by both car and train.

Parking at the church is limited. If you hold a Blue Badge or have any accessibility requirements, please let us know when booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.

The nearest train station is Sevenoaks, approximately a 15-minute uphill walk from the venue.

We are thrilled to have Lizzy Smallwood with us this year.

Lizzy spends her time being a Pastors wife, mum and part time SEN teacher. Above all she loves teaching the Bible to women home and abroad. She is married to Simon. They have three children, Sam [28], Ailie [25] and Beatrice [16]. Simon and Lizzy work with a small network of evangelical churches looking, by God's grace, to preach the Gospel in darkest Cornwall.

Every season of life brings its own particular blessings and distractions and being part of the Sandwich Generation is no exception. Come and be reminded of the wonderfully practical Gospel truths that will enable us to live and serve God in the autumn of life .

Val has been a lifelong member of King’s Church, Chessington for over 70 years and served alongside her husband, Trevor, who pastored the church for 25 years. She loves her ten grandchildren, enjoys gardening, and is much less enthusiastic about housework!

Not old, Not young: Between 3 generations - Val Archer

This seminar is designed to help us grow in confidence as we raise children to know and follow Jesus in a confused world. It will be filled with Bible teaching, real-life stories, and honest reflections on the ups and downs of Christian parenting - ideal for parents, carers, grandparents, or anyone involved in raising children in church or at home.

Lizzie has worked for Faith in Kids for the last 3 years. Prior to that she was a kids worker at a church in London. Lizzie lives just outside Ashford in Kent with her husband and three pre-teen kids, and attends Outpost Church.

Raising Confident Kids - Lizzie Clarke

PRINCIPLES FROM TITUS 2 - Using the Word of God to disciple one another. In this seminar Lizzy will talk to us about why and how Christian women can encourage one another as we share our lives and read the Bible together in different contexts.

Lizzy is a pastor’s wife, mum of three, and part-time SEN teacher. She loves teaching the Bible to women in the UK and abroad and serves with a small network of evangelical churches in Cornwall.

Live it out, Pass it on - Lizzy Smallwood

In this seminar, Emily will explore what it means to be created in the image of our creator God. Together, we'll consider how creativity is not just for artists, but a gift woven into all of us as part of God's design. We'll think about the many ways creativity can be expressed in everyday life, ministry, work and relationships, and how we can use our God-given gifts to glorify Him, serve others and build His Kingdom.

Ems is currently the Associate for Women’s Ministry at Christ Church Bromley and is on the planning committee for the KWC.

Through imprisonment, suffering and loss, Corrie ten Boom discovered God's faithfulness in the darkest of circumstances. In this seminar, we'll explore her remarkable story and consider three enduring lessons from her life: hold fast in prayer, hold on in darkness and hold out forgiveness.

Heidi works for Lymington Rushmore Holidays, helping to run youth camps and share the gospel in schools. After training as a social worker, she spent nearly five years serving at a church in Hampstead, while also studying with Proclamation Trust and BCUK. Heidi loves musicals, singing and muddy countryside walks.

1. Is parking available?

Limited parking is available on site. If you are a Blue Badge holder or have accessibility needs, you must let us know when you book. We are unable to guarantee parking spaces or make accessibility arrangements on the day if these have not been requested in advance.

2. Can I bring my children?

Babes in arms are very welcome. Older children are welcome to attend, but please note that the programme is designed with adults in mind. There is no childcare provision and no dedicated play areas, so we encourage you to consider whether your child will enjoy the day.

3. Will 10ofThose be there?

Yes! The 10ofThose bookstall will be with us throughout the day, offering a range of excellent Christian books and resources.

4. What time should I arrive?

Registration opens before the first session begins. We recommend arriving in good time to collect your programme, grab a drink, and find your seat.

5. Do I need to print my ticket?

No. We will have a list of attendees at registration, so there is no need to bring a printed ticket.

6. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

If you can no longer attend, unfortunately we are unable to give you a refund. Please feel free to gift your ticket to a friend or contact us to see if we can help.

7. Why do you charge for tickets?

We aim to run the convention at cost, covering venue hire, refreshments, speakers, equipment, and other event expenses. Any surplus from the event helps support the ongoing work of Kent Gospel Partnership as we seek to strengthen gospel ministry and witness across Kent.

We never want the cost of attending to be a barrier. If the ticket price would make it difficult for you to come, we encourage you to speak with your church leader, as support may be available.
