FAQ

Q - What should I bring?

Lunch - Please bring your own lunch, or money to purchase food. There are a number of cafes and coffee shops, and a small Waitrose, in Sevenoaks High St, within a short walking distance from the venue.

Reusable Cup - We are aiming to be an eco-conscious event so if you have a reusable cup to use throughout the day we are more than happy to fill that for you with your choice of drink!

Bible - A bible, pen and notebook would be useful, although we will have a booklet provided room for notes.

No ticket - This will be a ticket-less event, so no need to print anything - we will have your name on the list!

Q - How do I get to the venue?

Rail - Sevenoaks train station is a 20 minute walk from the venue.

Road - The church has parking space for 80 cars - at a squeeze! - so please be ready to park carefully following instructions from the parking stewards. There are also a number of small pay and display car parks nearby. The venue address is St Nicholas Church, Rectory Ln, Sevenoaks TN13 1JA situated to the south of the town centre on London Road, opposite the entrances to Knole Park and Sevenoaks School and one mile from the railway station.

Q - How can I advertise this to my church?

Download the promotional PDF flyer front and back, which we hope you will share via social media, email and WhatsApp.

Q - Is the venue accessible for me?

For those with restricted physical ability there is sloped access from the carpark to the entrance, and a lift to basement level where the toilets are situated, and where some of the seminars will be held. We have a hearing loop available in the main sessions. Please let us know when booking if you need signing support.

There will also be a mother/baby quiet room available.
